Claiming is easy.\u00a0 Simply follow the steps below:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

1 \u2013 The OVHC claim form will be sent to you via email<\/p>

2 – Print and complete the form<\/p>

3 – Scan your completed form and any relevant attachments (e.g. medical receipts, invoicing, commercial invoice, your international passport or driver\u2019s license and all other relevant documents involved)<\/p>

4. Passport Photograph<\/p>

Your claim will be processed within 3 working days from receiving your claim. Keep in mind that postage and bank clearance times can take a couple of working days.<\/p>

If you have submitted a claim for services you have already paid for, you can choose to have your benefit paid by:<\/p>

  • Direct Debit \u2013 we\u2019ll deposit money into your nominated bank account<\/li><\/ul>

    If you\u2019ve submitted a claim to pay for services you have not paid for, we\u2019ll send the payment directly to your service provider. Make sure you submit your claim as soon as possible so we can pay the bill on time.<\/p>

    Other things you should know<\/h3>

    Waiting periods may apply:<\/strong><\/p>

    A waiting period is the time you need to wait after purchasing your policy and before you can claim. You cannot claim for medical treatment that is provided during the waiting period. This means that you will need to pay for all expenses for the treatment.<\/p>

    Carefully review your policy to ensure you are aware of the different waiting periods.<\/p>

    You may incur out-of-pocket or gap fees:<\/p>

    You may incur an out-of-pocket fee (known as a gap fee) if the amount the service provider charges is more than the benefit you\u2019re entitled to under your cover. You\u2019ll need to pay the gap fee yourself and won\u2019t be able to claim that amount.
